A heartfelt thank you to Muni and her team at Ayah Nannies, she has been awesome not only with the level of service and the responsiveness to our urgent needs, but also she is so engaged with her client and truly takes the time and effort to understand the client’s needs and restrictions, which really makes her part of the family. My mother is 84, she has Parkinson’s and spinal stenosis. She has been steadily deteriorating over the last few years. Muni has been phenomenal in leading us through the process of applying for the live-in care giver application, meanwhile helping us get temporary care-giving help until our sponsored employee arrived. Hello Muni, Many thanks to Ayah Nannies. At our initial meeting; I was somewhat nervous about giving a 50% deposit; with so many other agencies and businesses alike, who does one trust? You reassured me and kept your promise and that meant a lot. It’s good to know that there are agencies out there that really care. Initially when we first spoke, we were not open to the idea of overseas sponsorship and wanted someone locally. You suggested that we could try locally and if that did not get us what we were looking for we could then try the overseas route and you would be happy to provide us with a temp caregiver while we wait for the nanny to arrive from overseas. Luke and I both appreciated your diligence; we couldn’t be more pleased with our selection. Lila has really worked out for us and could not imagine my life without a nanny. She has really fit in with the family; she is not only learning French but we are all learning to speak Nepalese, the cultural difference has been very healthy for my family, especially for my children. The entire process was worry free and very efficient
We contacted Ayah Nannies in January 2013, Muni our representative walked us through the process and assisted with the entire process from start to finish. We were also informed that the nanny who we selected would arrive within 6 months and sure enough Liro arrived just under 6 months. Ayah Nannies was in constant touch and the entire process was worry free and very efficient. Ayah Nannies is very professional and her team was excellent and I would use Ayah Nannies again and also would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

A very painless process
I want take this opportunity to thank Muni and the Ayah Team for a very painless process of hiring a nanny for my 6-month-old child. I am a single mom who was in the process of moving from Toronto to Ottawa. I was in the process of buying a house and trying to also find childcare all at the same time, which was very overwhelming. I contacted Ayah Nannies and Muni handled the whole process of hiring a local nanny and a Skype interview was arranged. I made the decision to hire Nookie a lovely young lady from Thailand. Muni also made arrangements for Nookie to move in one week prior to me arriving into Ottawa so that my house would be ready for us to move in. Ayah Nannies I highly recommend.

Allowing us to spend more quality time with our children
Ayah Nannies was wonderful. We sponsored a nanny from Ayah Nannies and the agency took care of the whole process. Our nanny LUZ IS GREAT WITH OUR 3 BOYS. We have a very busy life and my husband travels for business and so it is great to come home from work and the house is clean, dinner is ready and the boys are fed; allowing us to spend quality time with our children than having to worry about everyday chores. Her expertise was very helpful.
It was a pleasure to work with Muni to help us find a nanny from overseas. We weren’t sure how the whole process worked but Muni guided us through it all and had answers to all our questions. Her expertise was very helpful during applicant interviews as well for completing LMO forms. There were unfortunate delays with Immigration Canada, but she kept us updated the entire time and did all the required follow-ups with her partners in Hong Kong. I would not hesitate to recommend Ayah Nannies to other people if they ever need a nanny.
